At Prescribed It, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Due to the nature of the products we supply, there are specific rules we must follow under UK law.
Prescription Medicines
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications. This is because once a medicine has left the pharmacy, it cannot be reused or resold—even if unopened. This policy is in place to ensure patient safety and comply with UK regulations.
If there has been an error with your order (e.g. incorrect medicine supplied), please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Prescription Products
If you’ve purchased a non-prescription item (e.g. travel accessories, skincare, or over-the-counter medicines), you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You have proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation).
Please contact us at enquiries@prescribedit.com to initiate a return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
