Prescribed It is a trading name of MNS Pharmaceuticals Limited, operating under the registered UK pharmacy Boutalls Pharmacy, GPhC number: 1041552. All medical services are overseen by our superintendent pharmacist (GPhC: 2231852) and partner prescriber (GPhC: 2223458).

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To use our services or purchase any prescription medication, you must:

Be aged 18 or over.
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Be a UK resident and located in the UK at the time of order.

3. Medical Consultations & Prescriptions
All prescription orders are subject to approval by a registered prescriber. You must complete an online consultation truthfully and fully. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your order and possible legal action.

4. Dispensing & Delivery
All medicines are dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy. We aim to dispatch orders promptly after approval. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Prescribed It is not responsible for delays due to courier services or incorrect address details.

5. Refunds & Returns
Prescription items cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, in line with UK health regulations. For non-prescription goods, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

6. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its functionality. All content, trademarks, and branding on this site remain the property of Prescribed It or its licensors.
